Film Submission Terms

1. Authority to Submit

The submitter certifies that they own or control the rights required to submit the project and that the information provided is accurate.

2. Festival Review

The submitter authorizes MediaVision Film Festival personnel and authorized reviewers to access the submitted screening materials solely for evaluation, administration, and festival consideration.

3. No Automatic Acceptance

Submission does not guarantee selection, exhibition, distribution, licensing, promotion, awards, or payment.

4. Screening Links and Materials

The submitter is responsible for maintaining functional screening links and for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate the rights of another person or organization.

5. Separate Licensing Agreement

These submission terms do not grant MediaVision TV general distribution or commercial exhibition rights. If a project is selected for licensing or distribution, the parties must complete a separate written licensing agreement describing the applicable rights, territory, term, platforms, and compensation.

6. Records and Communications

MediaVision may retain submission information, acceptance records, and operational communications for festival administration, security, compliance, and recordkeeping.

7. Updates

Revised terms will use a new version identifier. A submitter may be required to accept a later version before making a new submission.
